Depending on the processor, we may also receive a purchase referral source and contact preference flag. We do not send marketing emails regardless of any contact preference setting. We do not receive or store your credit card number. We retain transaction records from our payment processor for order processing and customer support purposes.

When You Activate the Software:
During one-time activation, the software transmits:
- Software version
- License information and product key
- Anonymized computer identification number (a hash, not your actual hardware IDs)
- Windows OS version and preferred language
- Partial, irreversible hash of IP address (not the full IP address)

This data is transmitted via TLS 1.2+ encrypted connection. After activation, the software operates 100% offline with no data transmission.

When You Visit Our Website:
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects standard internet log information and visitor behavior patterns. This information is processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of visitors to our website. When You Contact Support:
If you email us for support, we retain your correspondence to help resolve your issue and improve our service.

Gumroad provides us with purchase details including a contact preference flag (which defaults to "yes" for all purchasers) and approximate geographic information.

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared.

DigitalOcean (hosting): https://www.digitalocean.com/legal/privacy-policy
Our website and activation servers are hosted on DigitalOcean in US data centers (encryption at rest).

Used for internal business records backup. Protected with 2FA and passkeys.

Used for invoicing purchase order customers. Processes customer name, address, and order details.

Our business email is provided by Fastmail (Australian company, US-based servers).

Your data is stored securely on servers in the United States with encryption at rest. All data transmission uses TLS encryption.
